He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. This firm is horrendous. If you want a professional job at a fair price, do not hire this firm. I've given them 1 star because the system won't allow a no star rating. Lewis Brown is good with the spiel, but can't or won't back it up with his actions 'The best tilers, a good carpenter", none of this was evident. A total lack of professionalism. Never used dust sheets, didn't have anything to mop water up with, left a mess every evening. And if he gives you a time for anything add 3 hours minimum.
