I am a mechanical engineer , I worked for Northumbrian water for 12 years and I gained knowledge of plumbing while working for NWL . Working on sewerage and fresh water systems I run a property rental business and I have been doing plumbing installations and repairs for around 15 years . Great job on our downstairs bathroom- fully sourced/fitted toilet and sink. Super fast and super helpful- nothing was too much bother! Would definitely recommend!!

Very poor service. Apparently fixed the cord and charged me full price and after a couple of weeks it was broken again. When asked to come back and check he wasn’t helpful and never came back. Had to call someone else who then showed me that it wasn’t fixed properly as all the wires were coming out of the cover which was dangerous. I will never recommend his service.

Family run business started in 2022 by two cousins who have teamed up to bring two very detailed trades together, plumbing and joinery. We don’t have problems we’ll only ever have solution’s.

Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.
