Not very happy. The company (Paul) didnt finish the job and I had to pay out more than I had withheld (£50) to another tradesman to complete the job. The work that was completed was satisfactory but in view of the job not being finished cannot rate them well. Also never got my keys back despite numerous pleas. Not reliable at all.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

George and his team did a superb job at our house. His punctuality and communication have been outstanding; he always replies very quickly to messages and sent us countless videos of his work to keep us updated. My main work is carpentry joinery, but also do the whole job, ie repair or redo the wood work, repair the plaster and redec. I have worked on national trust buildings, repairing to perfection and because I love gardening I do garden tidies and make overs as an extra side line.

Can't give 0 starts but would if I could. Gave a quote and then wanted to change the price halfway through. Requested 80% of payment after 1 day work Caused hundreds of £'s of damage to wardrobes he was to install Did not return on day 3 to finish the job Has not replied to request for refund or to remedy the job Avoid

Facts are you were asked to leave after taking advice from other tradesman and building control that observed your work in detail, you broke your own building contract, you tried pulling a fast one trying to charge us twice with your supplier for the staircase, which doesn’t meet building regs as the roof is not to drawing - I can go on, but to call yourself a trustworthy builder that for sure is incorrect and the tradespeople who are finishing this job are testament to that.
