George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Can't fault the communication of this company, was great communication but the prices are way too high. Even tho I couldn't get the quote out of them kept on saying they will be working through the leak until they identify exactly what it is. When they found that silicone needed replacing in the 2 corners of the bathroom I thought yeah no problem silicone wouldn't cost that much.. and at the end I was charged £200 !! Really liked the communication, however wouldn't use again due to the pricing.

Dean did work on our house, and the jobs that we asked him to do were done to a very high standard. He worked very hard and put a full days work in with out taking long lengthy tea breaks. we would recommend Aulds to anyone who were looking for a good reliable around builder at very reasonable rates.
George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Asked for roofer...to clean gutters and sort leak out in roof..ended up with a young lad...who brought ladders that did not reach the roof..told me he would jet wash roof, come with his dad sort problem out...at the end mr Vespa plastering was not a roofer...didnt bring jet wash..told me he's not a roofer...didn't fully clean the guttering didn't put the clips on guttering and didnt see where the leak was coming from..our problem still unresolved ...then tells me he only deals in fascias and soffits
