Mr Mark Kennel is a very professional man. He was quick in his response, very clear in providing his advice. He did the Wall Fencing within two days and used very nice durable material. His Wall survived the battering from storm Emma. Mark's Walls and doors are just a marvel with our neighbours, friends and passers-by. He even helped me repair our Decking using his own tools, which was out of the work he had come to do. I would recommend Mark to any one who wants to do Fencing and Decking. keep up it up Sir

Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.

James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price. Glynn, was brilliant, turned up exactly when he said he would, did the job that he said he would to a really good standard and charged me exactly what we agreed, might sound like that's how it should be but we know the reality. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending these guys

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

John did a fantastic job of fitting my new laminate floor, everybody who's seen it has complimented his work. He also helped me out with a few other jobs that I was having some trouble with and was professional, hard-working and great value. Highly recommended!

Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.
