They not only assisted in moving heavy furniture down the stairs but also took some extra bags of rubbish and recycling items that we wouldn't have been able to dispose with the regular council waste collection before our house move. Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Pat and Sam made very short work of removing two bushes and stumps, plus trimming the front hedge, jobs which together that would have taken me all day. The clean-up could have been better, but I'm nonetheless very satisfied with the actual work. I found them to be prompt, reliable, and effiecient, and would recommend them as tree surgeons.

Arsens did an extremely good job on both the hall way and especially the kitchen, as all the tiles and hard board had to be removed first before he could lay the floor. Which was laid to an extremely high standard. I will definitely use Arsens again.
