I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. Gordon was fantastic, wanted a few pictures and mirrors putting up, did a great job. He did put the mirror up not how I wanted but I text him to tell him this and he text straight back to arrange a date when he could come back to correct it. Would definitely recommend . This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.
