Hi, I would just like to introduce our organisation PWR Property Services. We specialize in the plumbing, electrical and security sectors. Each of us has been specializing in our respected trades for a combined 15 years. Our ever-growing client list includes reputed organisations mainly in the City of Sunderland but we are looking to now expand across the whole of the North East. The services we provide vary in each different sector of the business. The plumbing services we provide can stem from general maintenance such changing a valve to fitting a new heating system, the same as the electrical side of things from changing a socket to a rewire or an EICR and the same goes for the security side of things, you may just want a camera upgrade or an entire security system installing, no job is too big or too small for our lads. Endrit and his team were wonderful to work with - friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, despite me changing aspects of the kitchen renovation and install during the process. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect and that I was happy with all aspects. Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it
