Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it

Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Phil went above and beyond and has restored my faith in Tradesmen. He fixed the problem he said he would for the price he said he would. When that didnt rectify the problem he came back in the evening and spent a further 4 hours working out that the problem was further down the pipework and repairing that for no extra charge. Outstanding work and dedication and I would recommend Phil to anybody. Cant sing his praises enough.
