Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. We had considerable work done on a 4 storey staircase and multiple doors. All the work was done to a high standard. Exact requirements were agreed and implemented, and any issues arising due to the existing state of building were identified before proceeding. We will be using this company again for future works.
George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Ryan Cohen, DO NOT USE this plumber as he is untrustworthy & uncommuniative, I paid him a substantial deposit and no work has been done to fit Central Heating. I have been unable to get my deposit back & don't get any replies to my messages. I also gave him the option of still doing the job with no response. we are a small family run business specialising in Handyman Services, Bathroom and Kitchen refurbishments and repairs, small plastering and tiling jobs and general outside building and fence/gate repairs and replacement.
In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible
