After forging separate career paths in customer care, the NHS, and the plumbing industry we decided to pool our collective skills in customer service management and building services industry knowledge. Tom supplied and fitted a pump in my wet room very quickly and efficiently and took away the old pump which was helpful for me. I can now use my shower again which has been out of action for a month. Thanks Tom.

Posted my job which needed doing asap , Stuart called up and arranged a time to come and quote. He turned up on time when he said he would. He came across very professional , gave a good quote and was able to fit me in a few days later. He then turned up before 7am on the day he was due to start with another lad. Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.
