George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I was impressed with Tom's approach when he quoted to re-point and seal the water - damaged brickwork and to strip and re-paint the metal railings on the external stairs. The job started well. Due to unexpected personal circumstances, there were delays so the job took longer than expected. This wasn't a problem due to the nature of the work being outside and Tom kept me informed when he was able to be here and what he planned to do each time. A bit rushed towards the end.
