He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. We got there in the end! After a delay in completing all three jobs, everything was completed to my satisfaction. I will have another patio job later in the year and Mark and his team are top of the list for that.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
