They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Paul has been absolutely brilliant! He has transformed our garage to a lovely bedroom and created a new shower room between the house and garage for my mother in law - 5 weeks and just a bit of touching up to complete the work. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.

Driveway completed. Recently had flooding in the house and were told by the Insurance Company and a couple of independent Builders that the Driveway was fitted above the DPC Course and should have been installed below the DPC course. Contacted Ned who advised that we should get a new Driveway even though the mistake is his. After chatting with Ned further he said he would come and have a look and come to an amicable agreement. Unfortunately till today Ned has not shown up. I have messaged him a few times.
