I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.

The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. Came with short notice, took care with the work, uncovered other significant problems organised a bricklayer to correct issues before completing the work rather than rushing through the job, and having further problems arise in future years. I would recommend this company.
