Dave contacted me pretty quickly and then came out to see the issue the same day. By the next day, the scaffolding was up and unfortunately the leak wasn’t a simple fix but Dave took me up on the roof to see the issues first hand. He suggested repairing the roof in stages to manage the cost but as he progressed up the roof, the whole roof needed replacing as the felt had worn down throughout the roof, we had rotten battens and a damaged chimney. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality.
