Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. James and team did an excellent job in removing an old fence and ivy with very large roots. They were efficient, courteous and disposed of all rubbish. Stay well clear did my bathroom floor didn’t level it left lips on the tiles also the bathroom the cutting around the units horrendous gaps filled in with grout payed him on the context he was coming back to finish it and didn’t turn up saying he’d done his hamstring and was off for 4 weeks but got someone to ask for a quote and said he could do the straight away gonna cost me hundreds to put the job right and finish it off

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person
