Trot came to install a cat flap through a wall within the house. Done an? absolutely amazing job which looks very neat and tidy! And was at a good price especially considering it was a very niche job! They had great communication and was able to help with any questions we had. Excellent service. Just started painting and haven't found a single imperfection. A much better finish than other plastering jobs we have had done. At very short notice he was able to dot & dab a wall I didn't have time to finish. Worked over the weekend to make sure the job was finished on time. Would recommend to friends and family.

Fully qualified 18th edition electrician who completed an apprenticeship when I worked in the commercial and industrial industry on 3 phase and single phase systems then moving on to working in the domestic market completing contracts for housing associations, aswell as working in schools and commercial offices. We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Tony and his friend Mario completed the bathroom full refurbishment on time. Work quality was very good at every level : starting from plumbing, tiling and final finishing. The rates were very competitive as well. Kept the house clean when the work was going on. Being impressed by his quality and openness, I gave them some additional work for my second bathroom. Overall I am very happy with his quality of work on competitive cost.
