I needed the pointing removed and new pointing added to a very old internal brick wall in my flat. The team arrived early, and were extremely professional. Derek is a professional and he came around at short notice to fix my boiler. He gave clear advice and also what he was doing. The repair required multiple visits but he managed to keep me up to date on what he was doing and also the costs were reasonable. I highly recommend him.

The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him. I have raised this to Rated people and the Vetting & Quality team is currently looking into it.
