I put a job up get quoted £180 for Wednesday... Actually we can't do Wednesday we'll do Thursday. Thursday- we are running behind we'll be with you first thing Friday. I'm asked again what's there. I offer to send pictures. Actually the price is £250. If it's half van the price £180, full van price £250... first time mentioning that. So after messing about for days now I'm expected to find an extra £70. I just cancelled. Friday was my last day. Whose to say they'd turn up! Went with someone else who did.

Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. Andrey was the first to contact us to quote. From the questions he asked related to the job, it was clear that he understood what needed to be done. His quote was slightly more expensive than others but having read his 5 star reviews, we opted for his company. Work was to a high standard. He gave us the option of reinforcing the side fascia boards which was sound advice so although we spent a bit more, we feel this was justified. I would highly recommend Andrey and have asked him to quote on other work.

Simply terrible! We asked for a new front door to be painted. Adam arrived without anything to protect the floor and without proper masking tape (paint has bled through everywhere he has placed it). After completing the first coat there was paint everywhere including our floor and walls and then refused to take responsibility. The actual paint job itself is very poor. We asked him not to return to finish the job. Hugely disappointing!

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.
