We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. Did you know that you can use a Loss Assessor, like me, to help negotiate a fair settlement with your insurer? I can then instruct vetted contractors and oversee any reinstatement works? Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. Gareth, the proprietor of GMS is a qualified wood machinist by trade and has over 25 years’ experience working within the construction industry. Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
