Nicole either cannot estimate or deliberately quotes low to get the job and then operative turns up and get part way through the job and tells you it’s going to cost more money because the job is more than described. This is despite adequate photos and descriptions being provided.

I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. I have done private work in the past and always ensured works were completed on time,at a reasonable rate and took pride in my work. I am a registered company and can be found on company house. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent.
