Hi. I have 10+ years experience in all aspects of damp proofing; rising damp, penetrating damp, condensation treatments, basement/cellar tanking and conversions. I also have been plastering for 10+ years and been involved in many different building projects. All work done to a very high standard. We are a period/listed property restoration company. Specialised in brick & masonry restoration and damp proofing. - Damp assessment/surveys at £89 per survey with a full written report. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Paint removal - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. Have had my own construction company since 1998. I have completed full house restorations. I do full kitchens, full bathrooms and all wood work. My family all worked in construction so I have been around building sites all my life.

Alex is a really thorough worker and will not leave a job less than perfect. I had him fit a new sink and tap in my kitchen and of course it did not turn out to be a straightforward job. He did it so well that I had him rectify another plumbing job in the bathroom at the same time and both have been finished to an excellent standard. A friendly chap, persistent in finding solutions to problems and doesn't even leave rubbish behind when he's finished! Would recommend highly.

I have worked in both the construction industry and in the private sector for over 20 years having developed a wide range of skills and expertise. I particularly specialise in the causes of damp, damp- proofing solutions, plaster boarding/plastering. Bricklaying (internal and external), blockwork and stud walling. I have also successfully undertaken work in many areas of home and garden improvement/repair/maintenance, a selection including - the installation of skirting boards, internal door adjustments and re-hanging doors, laying laminate and engineered wood flooring and the assembly of flat-pack furniture. Removal and replacement of guttering, drainpipes, fascia and soffits. Decking, garden walling, handrails, patios and steps to accommodate sloping gardens. I am trustworthy, reliable and will give a realistic, competitive price for all work undertaken.
