You can see why Smith & Son get a good rating. You get a friendly builder that does a good job. We employed him to fit a steel beam and a door lintel. Posted my job which needed doing asap , Stuart called up and arranged a time to come and quote. He turned up on time when he said he would. He came across very professional , gave a good quote and was able to fit me in a few days later. He then turned up before 7am on the day he was due to start with another lad. Also, I fit laminate flooring, skirtings, architraves and timber stud work. I am always punctual and reliable, and clean and tidy in my work.
