Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise. I was contacted by a couple of tradesman about the job I posted, one was Hass from Comforooms and one was Shef. Both of them were very nice, but we went with Comforooms, I would definitely consider Shef for future jobs too. Hass was very professional, polite, gave a written quote and reassured us that he would do a really good job, he had completed the task and my mum seems happy with the finishing, he has also guaranteed the work if anything happens again but ensured us that we won’t have future problems.

Outstanding! Ayden is an expert in almost everything’! Fixed a radiator in my en-suite whilst decorating a bedroom, removed paintings and replaced perfectly in hall, stairs and landing, lounge was cleaned and tidied after decorating. Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.
