Using this person was the biggest mistake I ever made, he came to my house and promised me the earth Telling me how good he was and how good of a job he would do He told me he would rub down the walls and fill holes he didn’t he got gloss paint on my carpet going round the skirting boards and up the stairs and on the landing he got green paint from the alcoves on door frames on the other side of the room he splashed paint over three varnished doors and gloss on a carpet that was replaced at a cost to me

Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. To start with Alex was punctual for our first quotation appointment, listened to what I wanted doing and answered my questions. They say first impressions count and I was very impressed. "Unprepared" is how I describe this company. 1st, James didn't even have a pen to write the the job sheet. 2nd, Neither did he have one the next day to add the extra work that he persuaded me needed doing. 3rd, the scaffholders had no means of securing the ladder at the top, and so "borrowed" a bungy from me. 4th, they had no knives to cut the liner. Another "borrow", this time a stanly knife. 5th, - this review doesn't allow enough characters. My advice is don't use this company of unskilled "roofers"
