These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

.All I wanted was for the 5 small silver Birch trees cut down slightly, for new growth. came the next day to give me a quote ,£400 cash in hand. stated that he would clear up all the dead wood/ branches etc.Stupidly , I agreed. I was at work when they arrived…Tree surgeon! on my ring doorbell, I have never seen anyone just cut 2 foot off our silver birch trees in 20 minutes. Not cleared anything. I complained to James, he said he would clear it, but I had spent a hour doing it myself!! TIP RUN FOR US. ????????
