Hi. I have 10+ years experience in all aspects of damp proofing; rising damp, penetrating damp, condensation treatments, basement/cellar tanking and conversions. I also have been plastering for 10+ years and been involved in many different building projects. All work done to a very high standard. All damp proofing and basement/cellar tanking work comes with long guarantees.

I commissioned Alec Gardner Builder to install an interior Bathroom on the strength of his previous work replacing a soil down pipe. He is such a skilled and talented builder with an acute attention to detail. He constructed an excellent bathroom where I wouldn't have thought it was possible.( He also re felted the roof of a geriatric and tricky shed) I have no hesitation in recommending him for building work.
