George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. Really nice, friendly people, who get the job done properly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will be using again.
Small family run company, no job too small!
Fence was not finished to a high standard. There was a 1 meter gap left at the end of the fence. At the other end the panel was cut down to size but not capped off, just wedged in. 1 year later part of the fence had to be redone. Tried to contact the company after and they failed to respond.
Gave a good impression when he came to price up the work. After the work was completed there were issues with the overall standard of the finish and also a problem with a specific aspect of the work. Tried to contact him in order for this to be corrected but he did not answer my calls or respond to messages. Had to get someone else to put it right. I would not recommend this tradesman.
