If I could give no stars I would. Do not use this contractor! Norman, if that is his real name, came to look at my property and agreed a time and a price. So far so good. On the specified day he arrived with two younger lads had a look around and then disappeared without saying anything. When I messaged him - no reply. I rang him and he then proceeded to put on a high pitched voice and said that no one named Norman was there (even though he had texted me from that number multiple times. Beware!

Replied quickly and came within the time specified to quote. Were able to to the jobs the same day. Pleasant and polite workers who worked quickly to do all the jobs I asked for. However, it took me an hour or more to do the final tidying up ie putting tools away, mopping up the water and spatters in the garage , collecting cuttings and sweeping up. For the price I think this all should have been taken care of.

Following initial problems with the work, the roofing guys returned to put right the shortfalls which closed the job satisfactorily. However I had to oversee the work completion myself via Google Translate due to no instructions and poor communications to the work team. Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
We have had nothing but excellant work from Ross Glover. From the quotation, he came out himself along with a plumber and electrician to give a true quotation. His work has been of excellant standard. His workers are very reliable and we are kept up to date at every stage of the build. Their knowledge and professionalism is fantastic and have given us good advice and resolve problems which have come to light. They have also been able to help save costs on the build aswell.
