Steve was the best priced roofer who came to view our job. He worked hard and efficiently. He was reliable and easy to contact. He came back to look at the roof again as the problem wasn’t fully fixed the first time. He did not charge me again for coming out twice

MARK TURNED UP DEAD ON TIME AND HIS WORK WAS FAULTLESS, WHILE ON THE ROOF HE FOUND ANOTHER BROKEN TILE WHICH HE ALSO REPLACED AT NO EXTRA COST.HIS QUOTE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND WORKMANSHIP CLEAN AND TIDY I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND HIM

Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.

Turned up when he said he would, stuck to quoted amount exactly (which was inside my original budget). Task completed exactly as I described even though I wasn't there to oversee on the day. Easy to deal with, reliable, trustworthy, can't ask for much more in the situation at all.

Paul quoted the job and kept in touch whilst the doors were ordered. I had asked for a replacement conservatory door which was worn out and beyond economical repair. Other builders had told me that I would need a new conservatory. A set of doors were made to measure and fitted. Although the profiles were never going to match a good job was done for a reasonable price. I would recommend this firm and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

" great lads, called within 1hr of my post, came following morning gave a quote and started 2 days later. took 2 days, excellent work, great finish. Next day came back, Cleared away every bit of rubbish and washed down all work areas, cannot rate them high enough.

Would highly recommend. Fair price and Anthony was very reliable and helpful. Explained what parts we needed and what needed to be done to fix guttering after falling down. Very polite and courteous. An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. Great value for money and just honest, humorous personalities. Would fully recommend.

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.
