So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Top quality workmanship, excellent experience from Martin & lads. Fast & thorough. Martin took photos to show what he found & explained what needed doing. He completed what I knew was needed & he told me & showed me what was also required. They quickly sorted the issue. Both front & back were done just in time for storm Bert to hit. Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Work was conducted quickly (before the snow came) and i would use them again.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
