The good news - my previous review and perception has improved significantly. Literally a 180 turnaround. The bad news is Rated People doesn't allow me to remove the previous review, only update it. Therefore just to provide a brief update; Asa has since joined the team and wow what a difference he has made. Very customer centric, communicates very well and really reasonable all round. The guys reattended to resolve the issues and since then no more leaks.

Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
I just thought that I need to update our profile as not been updated for 6years. Me and my team have been working hard to build up a great reputation,over the last 6 years. I am happy to say, we have been inundated with works from our previous clients from rated people.Me and my teams aim to give our customers 100% satisfaction on works we do .45 reviews I believe we are at about 98%.
