Avoid A1 Trading at all costs, he did an extremely poor job on relaying my kitchen roof. A bread and butter job for any decent builder but this one couldn’t seem to grasp the basics. Poor quality of workmanship means I still have a leaky roof. He also lied about forwarding the receipt by saying he would email it to me but now he now won’t answer my texts or return my calls so he’s also done a runner. I’m retired in my 70’s and view this ‘tradesperson’ like a criminal, A1 Trading deserves 0 stars.

Stephen and his colleague came to visit me this morning after a short call yesterday after they had seen my job posted. They were 10 minutes early, and despite offering the restaurants they just wanted to get straight onto the job which was fine by me. Very pleased with the whole experience from the visit for an estimate to setting a date and days the work was carried out, because I had a leak was given possible damage repair figures if it required extra materials or work no frighteners but sound advice. Fortunately the weather just held off long enough for the work to be done. Warning their serial tea drinkers but that maintained their energy and skill levels. There were 5 the first day and all could swap and change so keeping the job flowing.
