I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. They were highly professional, communicative, organised & very skilled in their undertaking of my job. Originally didn’t start well on the quotation visit, however, cannot fault the company. Was contacted after the initial visit and was very apologetic, someone else came out much more professional /friendly. Agreed on the price. Surveyor Chris came out who was top notch guy and asset to the company. Was called to see if job could be done earlier. Fitter came (little later than advised), did the work needed to be done, tidied up after himself, friendly as well.

Not cheap but - Came when said, identified correct roof failure (not a pot, rather lead flashing - so professional ie. didn’t uplift job), good communication, fixed when said they would and swiftly … and so far after some very heavy rain. It appears they “fixed my roof”. Plus a ten year guarantee. So you get what you pay for I guess. Hence 5 star.
