Great finish to bathroom floor which was awkward as roll too bath had to be removed and replaced once floor done. Very happy with result. Job took longer than planned but Sam explained that he had overbooked jobs and had other ongoing projects. This was the only issue but he always explained delays.

I had a leak at 2:30 am in the morning through my ceiling. I couldn’t find my stop tap and One9 sent out an emergency member of their team to help me out. They have now stopped the water and fixed what was a pipe leak from the loft space. I can say they provide a quick very reliable service and are very helpful. I will definitely use them again. John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. His work was of a high standard as he takes pride in doing a good job. John and Bobby always left the job clean and tidy after each shift.
