Really good service . I knew exactly what the job entailed as I received it in writing. They also only wanted a deposit beforehand. Dave who came to do the work was very professional , worked really hard to clean my roof. He cleaned up afterwards including my neighbours grounds. He took pictures of areas I could not see. According to these trades people their installation is guaranteed for two years. Since the installation of our decking things have gone wrong and I have tried on several occasions to get them back to put things right. I arranged for a rep that we purchased the composite decking from to come to the house ( he travelled from the north of England ) to explain to them where they had gone wrong. They could not even be bothered to turn up for the appointment. Texts/phone calls just being ignored. Stay clear !!
