Haven't dropped a star for being a couple of hours late as traffic etc. can easily do that and the job was still finished on time. Neighbour asked for same work to her garden after seeing mine. Great communication; very quick & clear. Visited to give us a quote & explained next steps. When I was uncontactable due to a problem with my phone (that S1 didn't know about), they tried various methods of getting in touch: voicemail messages, texts, and even calling round in person & leaving messages with our next door neighbour! Good work was completed on time. Only minor gripe was some old paint flakes left lying that I thought would have been cleared up. Would definitely use S1 again though.
