On the 16th 0f August I had these roofers fix the valleys on my roof due to a leak on the roof. A couple of days later it rained and the leak was still there. I contacted them to ask if they could come back and fix the problem. They told me that one of the team would be round tha week. One week later no one has turned up to fix the problem. They are now blanking me and not returning my messages or emails. They claim to give you a 2 year warranty but dont come back to fix their work. Poor service.

Craig and his team removed a fence and replaced it with a far superior one. He visited, accessed and quoted, within hours of phoning him. We discussed and agreed on materials and dates. We had a persistent roof leak issue during heavy rain. Response from Michael was really quick and came out over the weekend before oredicted heavy rain. They sorted the leak and also check the roof and identified some broken tiles etc which was sorted after few days. Really good team. Thanks guys.

Would avoid at all costs. Quoted for the job in January, price agreed, due to bad weather we agreed to delay installation until better weather. Date work was due to be completed he was a no show (due to son being ill) and i was informed by text. Contact was made and we both agreed the work would still go ahead and that he would ring to give me a date for the installation. It's now June and i am STILL waiting for the contact. Very poor attitude would never recommend this company.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
