We’ve been helping people to improve the look of their homes, or to fix a simple leaky guttering, or help in more urgent matters when the leaks are coming into the home. We take as much care and pride in both our small quick installations as we do in our 2 week projects. We understand this is your home and shall treat it in this way. We won’t take any deposits on work under £10k and are happy to collect photos during the installation if you can’t be home whilst the work is being undertaken. I myself have been working in my industry for 22 years and we also have access to highly experienced tradesmen who help where needed.

I have worked in both the construction industry and in the private sector for over 20 years having developed a wide range of skills and expertise. I particularly specialise in the causes of damp, damp- proofing solutions, plaster boarding/plastering. Bricklaying (internal and external), blockwork and stud walling. Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Also advised that theres a 10 year guarantee on the works completed. Highly recommended.

Dave contacted me pretty quickly and then came out to see the issue the same day. By the next day, the scaffolding was up and unfortunately the leak wasn’t a simple fix but Dave took me up on the roof to see the issues first hand. He suggested repairing the roof in stages to manage the cost but as he progressed up the roof, the whole roof needed replacing as the felt had worn down throughout the roof, we had rotten battens and a damaged chimney. Brilliant professional, highly recommend contacting Dave!

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.
