NT design and build is a small building company with a workforce of all trades to carry out new builds extensions and home renovations. By trade I’m a fully qualified joiner with an NVQ level 3 certificate. I needed some maintenance to my slate roof. Tiles replacing and snow boards removing. Michael came to look at the job and also identified that the mortar needed replacing under the verge tiles (this was identified in my house purchase survey 18 months ago but I hadn't done anything about it). They did the job quickly and well. A pleasant change from leaving voicemail messages and people not bothering to call you back.

Here at SO Windows and doors we offer a comprehensive window and door repair and replacement service. We have been in the industry for over 20 years so there is not many problems we have not already overcome. We believe that repairs of your existing windows and doors are usually a far more cost effective answer to replacements. We repair or replace all types of windows, doors and conservatories including Bi-fold doors, French doors, Patio doors, sash windows, casement windows, fanlight windows, roof windows etc. In our experience there is nothing we cannot repair. We can keep our costs down as we don’t have expensive sales and marketing in place. We rely greatly on word of mouth as this is the best form of advertising.

Ian kindly collected key from my landlord and did the job whilst i was at work saving me time and money. He goes the extra mile to help you out.
The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.
