From Inception to Completion Smart Windows & Build provided a very professional and reliable service. Mark and Donna fitted us with a brand new 'Solidor' front door and we would recommend the door and Smart Windows & Build to anyone. We won't hestiate to use Mark and his company again!

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

I originally used Bouchers Building for the installation of a kitchen and utility room. They were able to come in well below my original estimate (and thousands below B&Q's!) without any sacrifice on quality. Since then I've used them for several other projects around the house, including flooring and skirting, at really competitive prices and look forward to using them in the future as well.

I can't recommend Istvan and his team enough. They have recently decorated our lounge and done an excellent job with a high quality finish. Their communication was excellent from the outset and they were reliable, always doing what they said they would do. As I said I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Istvan and his team and will definitely consider them for future work.

It is always a scary prospect to use someone you haven’t used before. If that is you let me put your mind at rest. From the first contact Richard was superb and on job day punctual, polite and tidy. The paint job was excellent and they even did a little extra filling where needed. I would highly recommend J &R and it’s not just painting they do lots of things. I’ll definitely use them again. I cannot fault Wayne's approach to his trade. He quoted the job at a very reasonable rate which I cross-checked and accepted. He also offered to do the job in my absence and didn't insist I paid up front. The job was completed on time and to a high standard. Wayne kept me informed of progress and proved to be a reliable, honest and trustworthy bloke. In fact, I was that impressed that I got him to quote for another job; which was also completed to a very high standard.
