George and his team did a superb job at our house. His punctuality and communication have been outstanding; he always replies very quickly to messages and sent us countless videos of his work to keep us updated. He gave us some very fair and informed advice on how to tackle extra problems with our roof. His invoices were very detailed and clear and competitively priced. Fully recommended! Charlie and his small team were quick to attend the site and assess the task. A very reasonable price agreed, the following day, sharp to time, the crew reported on site and completed the repair. The standard of workmanship was excellent, everyone who has seen the brickwork has commented how good it is, very informative and helpful. We had some extra costs where we had some unforeseen groundwork problems that weren't picked up on In the planning stage not the builders fault, costs were as predicted and very reasonable, our build of a Dutch barn style roof was a design build they had not encountered before and the result was brilliant. Weather was pants and would highly recommend John and his crew.

Facts are you were asked to leave after taking advice from other tradesman and building control that observed your work in detail, you broke your own building contract, you tried pulling a fast one trying to charge us twice with your supplier for the staircase, which doesn’t meet building regs as the roof is not to drawing - I can go on, but to call yourself a trustworthy builder that for sure is incorrect and the tradespeople who are finishing this job are testament to that.

We can't rate the value as we have little experience of stone masons- it seemed reasonable. He was very helpful and we were grateful that he fitted our job in when we needed it doing fairly urgently. There was some misunderstanding about the colour of the mortar used, but we can live with it. Would recommend him.

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.
