Our previous work ranges from small domestic jobs, including fitting kitchens and bathrooms, finishings, bespoke wardrobes, laminate flooring, staircases etc. Mid-sized jobs such as extensions, garden rooms, shop fitting and renovations. And also complete new build properties and developments from start to finish. Therefore we have expertise in all areas of joinery and construction. More recently we have focused mainly on bespoke storage solutions such as built in wardrobes, media units, bookcases, under stair storage etc, fitted kitchens and flooring but we are happy to discuss any other projects. Agreed a cash price with Fraser for new roof and guttering with all the guarantees, but when it came to pay he then tells me if i wanted a guarantee I’d have to pay the vat. Don’t get me wrong the lads worked well but very messy as they just through the tiles off the roof into the skip instead of using a chute. Needed him back to sort guttering as it had come apart but got told when I’m next in the area needless to say I’m still waiting months later. Beware!! Don’t pay cash.

I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.
