We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

However, the communication was terrible, the contractor Lewis Brown was not able to produce a receipt for the work and parts and finally he did not pay the builders who worked on site. I will not be using the service again and would not recommend any one else to either.

JP was quick to adapt and plan out the changes. He was knowledgeable about the processes, materials and intricacies of the work. He brought in a really hard working, respectful team who got the work done quickly. When we found an unexpected element, he did his best to find a solution within our budget.
