The guys carried out a fantastic repair of my bathroom roof within the time and budget agreed. They were very careful getting their equipment through the house as there was no rear access and did a good clean up after the job was finished. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed or to recommend them to others.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Although new to Rated people, I have built up a reputation on a similar site, Mybuilder, with 100% positive feedback due to our attention to detail and a striving for complete customer satisfaction.

Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.
I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

Owned a house for over 20 years. Matt, with his worker, James are the best plumbers I've come across. Truly outstanding in all respects. They took care to minimise dust and disruption throughout. And the finish is superb, but just as good is the quality of the pipework craftsmanship under the floors and in the walls - no shortcuts - just quality. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough.
Established over 80 years ago London Builders are FMB & NHBC registered & operate in Greater London providing a comprehensive range of services for residential properties from design and construction through to refurbishment, repairs & re-decoration.
They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
I have over 25yrs in the trade with lots of experience in all aspects of building, with main background in carpentry and plastering. I was a site manager for 10yrs now semi retired and doing customer care maintenance. I am knowledgeable in all areas of building works. I now re trained and now offer Venetian Plastering and looking at only offering this service.
George Bancroft and his team-mate Jimmy did an excellent job. Installed new gate-posts and re-hung heavy driveway gates. Gates now hang much better and close-up together better than they have for years. George and Jimmy worked hard and with good will, the price was right, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
