Michael quoted and agreed to do the job. He then cancelled at the last minute on 3 separate occasions with different excuses. He finally stopped responding to messages and I had to find someone else to do the work. Project delayed by 3months. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

Josh came to install a shower and tile our en-suite. Our main issues were the extractor fan, wash basin waste pipe wasn’t fitted correctly which meant water was leaking from the pipe that we now know after a plumbers visit was a “botched job”, the radiator valve is also leaking. We’ve not been able to use the shower as the head hasn’t been attached correctly. We’ve now had to wait for a proper plumber to rectify this. I’ve tried to contact josh to discuss however there has been no response.Not recommended!

That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! We are absolutely furious with this builder’s unprofessionalism and incompetence. A simple three-week job—adding a stud wall, a doorway, and modifying a window—dragged on for over three months. He repeatedly promised to show up, then ghosted us, forcing constant schedule changes. He made careless mistakes, charged extra to fix them, and took weeks just to paint a door—until we dismissed him. We had to redo parts ourselves. A complete waste of time, money, and patience. Avoid him at all costs.
