If I could give 10 stars I would! Cristian, Nico & team worked tirelessly over the period of New Year to rip out my old leaking shower room and refit. When I explained that I wanted to sell my flat during conversation, Cristian called in more help to get my flat decorated & ready for sale. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials.
