Lukas did a really fantastic job on my garden which was a complete Jungle.He and his assistant worked very hard and were extremely polite and courteous. He went out of his way to help me with my garden and even collected the wood-chip from the store for me. Highly recommend these 2 trustworthy, hard-working, polite guys. Definitely use again.

Chose AFS to lay laminate flooring and skirting to my through Lounge, Adam was very professional, pleasant and helpful, he completed the job very efficiently and to an excellent level, making sure he consulted us on any issues he also managed to match up new floor with an older job, which other traders were reluctant to take on, overall an excellent job at a reasonable price. Whilst my previous review praised the spraying work carried out by Prime Property Improvements, the same cannot be said for the quality of the roof repairs. Not only did they make little effort to secure matching replacement tiles, but they were reluctant to use a dark enough pink colouring for the mortar and did not use the normal alignment equipment. My local roofer has more than enough spare tiles and has all the equipment needed for a good job. Don't engage PPI for roof repairs!

Very reliable and efficient service. They gave valuable advise beforehand which not only improved the design but saved us money. I would highly recommend using this company. Work was carried out to a high standard with minimal mess and disruption all debris was cleared straightaway. Very friendly polite and experienced workers certainly a company to use again.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

I didn't actually use him to do the work so I cannot comment on the quality of his work, hence the "satisfactory" rating for quality and value. He arrived when promised and communication from him was good and he called back when promised. I was impressed by him and plan to use him for a big job in the future.

I want to rate 0 but I don’t have that option because this tradesman doesn’t deserve one star. He left the job undone after we paid him thinking he will complete the job. We have called his phone every day and have gotten no response, he doesn’t reply his text messages. Quite frankly we are considering legal action against this tradesman. He had the keys to our home for one month and still did not complete the a job that would take him one week. Any advice on how to take legal action? 100% unprofessional
