The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Steve did a really good job painting the doors and windows. He was friendly, tidied up after working and worked without disrupting us at home - very professional. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.

It is true and I have ALL photo evidence of the job you did. Also video evidence of you saying you took photos as that’s what you do when you’ve finished a job. You never asked for any money and you only spoke to my partner on the stairs. We were in the living room when you left. Plus why would I pay you on the first day when as you said it was a 4 day job but it was supposed to be a 2/3 day job. You’ve done hundreds of pounds worth of damage.
